Was a very stern Christian Minister and was referred to a A.H. at times. At the age of 16 he moved with his parents to Wapella, Dewitt Co, Illinois. Whe he was 21 he united with the Christian Church and continued with 40 years in the ministry. He moved with his family to Kansas in 1880.
